Nu-Cast is an American Small Business established in 1985. We manufacture precision aluminum investment castings from the lost wax process. We are AS 9100 Certified, and produce castings supporting military, medical, commercial aircraft and NASA programs.
Products include infrared/optical and laser housings, electronic and avionics chassis, aircraft displays, and satellite components.
Production castings are made from hard tooling that will provide near net shape components. These monolithic castings will help to reduce machining costs and provide geometries that cannot be machined or fabricated.
Nu-Cast can also provide pre-production and R&D castings that are produced using quickcast SLA patterns that are generated by your supplied CAD file data. Our expertise in the manufacture of prototypes can significantly reduce time to market for your products.
