NOVASOL is the trade name used by Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. whic was founded in 1998 to provide high-quality, fair-priced engineering and scientific solutions to military, commercial, and environmental problems. NOVASOL is an employee owned high technology company that specializes in the design, development and deployment of electro/optical (E/O) systems and free space optical communications systems for defense, environmental, homeland security and industrial applications. The staff has extensive combined experience in the modeling, design, development, fabrication, testing, and analysis of electro-optical and data processing systems.
NOVASOL is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii where the company maintains administrative and engineering offices and laboratories for optical, electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering, and design and development. NOVASOL occupies similar facilities in San Diego, California, with offices and laboratory space for electro-optical sensor and system development.
NOVASOL scientists and engineers have educational backgrounds and extensive practical experience in all disciplines related to systems engineering, electrical/electronics engineering (analog and digital), optical design, mechanical engineering, software engineering, scientific phenomenology, image/data analysis, field testing and support of prototype systems, and project and program management.
