Next Scan Technology is a new venture with a focus on large format material processing used in precision part manufacturing, semicon, flat panel display and solar industry. Our company operates from Europe with additional partner contract manufacturing facilities in USA (US Micro Laser, Silicon Valley, Northern California). The back bone of our services are a 20 year development track record in large format scan solutions, high performance optics and laser process development in a great variety of materials.
Next Scan Technology has pioneered the use of highly efficient, large area raster scans in laser processing through its patented telecentric optical system F-Omega. The main user benefit is high throughput micro machining which meet manufacturing demands with a high level of accuracy and tolerance.
Our approach forms a key element in a total package for our customers to easily embed our technology in their business model. We offer process development, including proof of concept, and contract manufacturing until ramp up justifies moving production to your production location. To deliver maximum performance our production module includes laser, scan solution and process license. To customize throughput and quality we offer engineering services to leverage speed and size without compromising accuracy.
We enable manufacturing plants and product companies to focus on quality and cost benefits and rely on easy integration and scaling of their process flow.
