Company Description
Micromechatronics (MMech) offers a full range of piezoelectric devices including piezoelectric stack actuators, piezoelectric bending actuators, amplified piezoelectric actuators, metal case embedded actuators, ultrasonic motors, piezo-transformers, ultrasonic transducers, positioning stages, and a large variety of other piezoelectric devices. In addition to our own developed piezo technologies, we are the preferred distributor for Noliac, NEC/Tokin, Cedrat, Nihon Ceratec, Fukoku, Honda Electronics, and several other piezo manufacturers. In addition to the extensive off-the-shelf portfolio -over 2000 references- MMech also provides customized piezoelectric solutions for a large number of application fields, including defense, industrial, medical, etc. MMech specializes in multilayer piezoelectric technology with layers thickness as thin as 15-20um. This type of technologies enables very low voltage driven actuators as well as high energy harvesting generators. MMech is also known as supplier of ATILA Finite Element for the simulation and design with smart material structures and applications. MMech is a member of the National Warheads and Energetics Consortium (NWEC) and supplies with a variety of products the defense industry. MMech is also an active participant of the SBIR program.
