Diode-pumped solid state (DPSS) lasers
At the exhibition Laser-compact will showcase its ultraviolet and green DPSS lasers (Laser-compactTM), including the DTL-379QT, a Q-switched UV laser. The laser radiates at 351nm wavelength with a pulse energy of 50µJ at pulse repetition rate of 1kHz and pulse width of 5ns.
The laser’s main applications are in mass-spectrometry (MALDI TOF), laser microdissection, biotechnology, and other high-tech R&D.
The DTL-419QT is the other Laser-compactTM Q-switched laser, which will be demonstrated at the exhibition. The DTL-419QT, a 527 nm green laser with 200 µJ pulse energy, features an optimum set of parameters for the OEM: high pulse energy stability in a wide range of pulse repetition rates (from single pulses to 10 kHz) with pulse width 4-10 ns. The laser can be used in materials testing, marking, semiconductor processing and LIDAR applications.
The company will also show its compact LCM-S-111, a single-longitudinal-mode green laser module with 50 mW output. It features low noise (<0.1 % RMS or < 0.5% p-to-p), coherence length more than 50 m, narrow line width <0.00001 nm and stable output power in a wide operating temperature range. The device’s applications include Raman spectroscopy, laser microscopy, interference measurements, spectral analysis, flow cytometry, holography, and laser-assisted measurements.
