At Defense, Security & Sensing (DSS) EMCORE will feature the PB7200 Portable Frequency Domain Terahertz (THz) Spectrometer. Designed for THz researchers and application developers who need to study the properties of materials at THz frequencies, the PB7200 can sweep from 100 GHz to up to 2.0 THz in a single rapid scan with high-frequency resolution. The PB7200 employs precisely tuned fiber coupled, butterfly packaged semiconductor DBR lasers, advanced photo-mixing source and detector, and sophisticated digital control hardware and software to provide a fully turnkey portable laboratory THz spectrometer system.
