Diemat produces high-performance materials for packaging semiconductors, optoelectronics, photovoltaics, and photonics. Our die-attach adhesives offer unmatched thermal conductivity, up to 75 W/m-K, matching or exceeding solder and allowing processing at lower temperatures in standard atmosphere. A broad product portfolio features adhesives optimized for applications from die attach to bonding CPV receivers and heat sinks, compatible with dispensing methods including needle, epoxy stamping, and screen printing. Low-temperature sealing glasses hermetically seal optical fibers, lids, windows, and lenses to packages, and wafers in wafer-level packaging. Diemat low-temperature sealing glasses are available as both preforms and paste.
