Advanced optical coatings
In the early 1990s DELTA pioneered computer controlled optical monitoring and automatic deposition of advanced optical coatings, helping the world's leading manufacturers of analytical instruments in setting new standards.
Already in 2005, DELTA successfully managed to produce optical filters with the Ultra-Hard-Coated technology. DELTA has then led the way towards an ever increasing complexity and performance of optical filters.

| We welcome you at the SPIE Photonics West! We will show our new advanced linear variable filters including a linear variable bandpass filter. Until recently, tunable optical filters did not display sufficient quality to be used for advanced fluorescence applications - those days are now gone! With the high transmission, steep edges and high blocking outside the transmission area, these variable or tunable filters can provide the same characteristics as fixed optical filters. We want to help you to improve your optical system. Let's do it together.
