Company Description
Bridger Photonics was founded by three dedicated laser physicists who pursued their advanced degrees together at Montana State University. Each of the founders subsequently pursued different paths, developing unique sets of experience along the way, and reunited to build a pioneering company with a strong set of core values reflecting the pioneering spirit of Bozeman, Montana.
Bridger Photonics specializes in precision laser radar (LADAR), gas sensing (LIDAR), and advanced imaging products. Bridger Photonics has proprietary technology that provides unprecedented capabilities in terms of measurement sensitivity, resolution and speed in all of our product areas.
The following are our product areas:
Focus and Zoom Control
Bridger is developing large stroke MEMS-based deformable mirrors for fast focus and zoom control in optical systems. Planned for release in 2nd Quarter 2011.
LADAR and Metrology
The SLM Series of swept lasers provides the highest linearity and coherence of its kind enabling phenomenal range resolutions for short and long range applications.
Mid-IR Lasers
The MIR Series of mid-infrared laser sources. Fixed wavelengths tunable from 1.5 to 4 microns.
