Axcel Photonics, Inc is a semiconductor laser manufacturer
specializing in producing high power diode lasers. Our product lines
include lasers for solid-state laser pumping, printing, medical and
dental, telecommunication, imaging, laser display, and spectroscopy
applications. The lasers are available as chips, chips on sub-mount,
and packaged modules. All wavelengths (780- 1064nm) come with
an option of single or multi-mode. All of our products are RoHS
compliant.
Axcel's manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art MOCVD
reactor and a fully functional GaAs and InP fabrication process line.
We also have characterization equipment for product improvement
and failure mode analysis. The facility is staffed with some of the
world's leading experts in optoelectronic component design and
production.
