We will demonstrate a precision cleaning instrument using CO2 Snow -- a safe & nondestructive process for removing contamination from surfaces. The CO2 Snow Jet cleaning process is a simple, yet novel, surface cleaning process that can remove particles of all sizes, from visible to below 0.03 microns and also organic residues from surfaces. The process works well for many substrates, optical items, vacuum parts, analytical samples, fiber optics, and many other applications. In fact, cleaning AFM samples and also nanostructures are common now. Applications related to optics, substrate cleaning, and nanotechnology will be shown. The Snow Jet process is nondestructive, residue-free with no environmental limitations. . We will demonstrate manual and semi-automated units for R&D or manufacturing cleaning applications. Please bring a few samples for testing.
