Company Description
Active Optics NightN Ltd. mainly designs and produces complex adaptive systems to be used to control and shape high power laser beams and also in adaptive imaging systems. We are also applying our technique for the astronomical and medical purposes. The basements for the development of our adaptive optical systems are bimorph mirrors (water-cooled, non water-cooled) with electronic control block. Our products include Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor, Fizeau Interferometer, and M2-Sensor.

| Active Optics - Night N (opt) Ltd. Our company is a leading supplier of Closed-loop Adaptive Optical Systems that intended to compensate for the aberrations of the laser beam occurred during the distribution of the beam from laser to processed material. The system consists of a bimorph deformable mirror as a wavefront corrector, the wavefront sensor using a modified Shack-Hartmann technique to measure the wavefront aberrations or/and M2-sensor to analyse beam quality factor and the software realizing closed-loop algorithms. Adaptive system can correct for the low-order aberrations; the amplitude of corrected aberrations is up to 40 microns. The main goal of closed-loop system depends upon the application and could be: minimization of measured aberrations, minimization of focal spot diameter, reaching the given intensity or phase distribution, etc.
We offer series of products from Interferometer, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor, M2-sensor, to adaptive mirrors, including water-cooled. Also we introduce our new product - low-cost tiny bimorph deformable mirror for laser beam shaping and control. Our adaptive optical system is used not only to control for the laser beam but also for astronomical and medical purposes. |
