Company Description
89 North develops innovative products to improve fluorescence imaging for the life sciences. Our light sources, including the Heliophor, a pumped-phosphor light engine and the PhotoFluor II, a metal halide light source, produce ultra-stable, high-intensity output for quantitative fluorescence imaging applications. We also distribute a range of emission-splitting systems including the OptoSplit II from Cairn research Ltd. Key applications include live cell imaging, quantitative fluorescence analysis, such as FRET and calcium imaging.
