Brookman Technology, Inc. was started in Hamamatsu, Japan in 2006. Since then, we have developed unique CMOS Image Sensors, such as High-Speed sensor with global shutter pixel, Ultra High-Sensitivity sensor achieved by analog noise reduction technique, and 8K High-Resolution sensor with high-speed/low-power A/D Converter.
Moreover, we have been working on many Custom Image Sensors including CMOS ToF sensor for various applications.

Time of Flight (ToF) 3D image sensor and other CMOS image sensors- High Speed, High Sensitivity, 8K
The first Brookman’s Time-of-Flight 3D image sensor is ready to be demonstrated in Photonics West 2018.
Our QVGA resolution ToF sensor has great features with Low power consumption, High ambient light tolerance, and Fast response, proven by short pulse modulation and high speed readout. You will perceive that the sensor is suitable for such needs as Mobile, AR/MR, Automotive, Robotics, so on and so forth, by our demonstration featuring real-time range measurement. TS sample and its evaluation kit will be available in 2018/April.

Other than ToF sensor, Brookman has three CMOS sensor products line-up listing:

High Speed image sensor : BT130A; 1800fps@SXGA True-CDS global shutter, for applications such as High speed camera, Machine vision, Motion Analysis, Crash test analysis, etc.

High Sensitivity image sensor : BT130C/200C; Type 2/3 1.3 or 2 megapixels, 30fps, 60 & 120fps (BT200C), for applications such as Low-light imaging camera, professional broadcast, Security and Surveillance, Industrial inspection, etc.

8K image sensor : BT3300N; the world’s first 8K fully featured with 33-megapixels and 120fps, Super Hi-Vision (8K UHDTV) for applications such as Professional broadcast, also for Medical surgery, Scientific experiment, etc.
