FLC is a private company engaged in development, production & distribution of: FP, DFB & DBR laser diodes, SM individually addressable & broad area laser diode arrays, superluminescent diodes in visible and IR wavelength range from 650nm to 6µm and VCSELs & Quantum Cascade lasers. High Brightness Blue Laser Diode Module
Frankfurt Laser Company presents the FACH-450-10W-FC105, the new high power blue laser diode module with outstanding high brightness. The module delivers over 10W of power at 450nm wavelength into the 105µm core fiber. It is a direct diode laser product with integrated water cooling plate and thermistor. The module has no moving parts which makes it particularly reliable. The expected lifetime is over 10,000 hours.

Main applications are plastic material processing and accurate micro-soldering on PCB, it is also well suitable for 3D printing and other industrial, medical, scientific and laser display applications. The laser output power can be scalable with multiple 10W fiber-coupled blue diode modules.

High Power Line Laser Module
The laser modules of the ML2040-Series deliver high output power of up to 2W and are ideal for the use in industrial applications with harsh environmental conditions. The offered wavelengths range from 405nm to 1060nm. Apart from round and line beam, other beam shapes like grids, circles or line and dot arrays are available. The line beam has a sharp rectangular shape with homogenous power distribution along the line. The housing is electrically isolated and keeps the protection class IP65 (IP67 optional) conditions. TTL modulation up to 1MHz and analogue modulation up to 100kHz are optionally available. The power stability is <1% over 24 hours.

Violet & Blue Superluminescent Diodes
The new violet & blue superluminescent diodes FESL-405-10-M5 & FESL-440-05-M5 are the first broadband light sources available in these wavelengths worldwide. With an output power of up to 20mW and a typical bandwidth of 4nm (405nm) respectively 9nm (440nm) these speckle free SLEDs are ideal for the use in holography, metrology or spectroscopy as well as for micro-displays or head-up displays. In combination with external cavities they can also be used as tunable lasers.

High Power Violet Laser Diode Module
Frankfurt Laser Company expanded the product range and offers now a new line of compact High Power Laser Diode Modules.
The FLHA-405-10W-FC800 delivers 10W at wavelength 405nm from an 800µm fibre. For cooling the laser is equipped with a water cooling base plate which can easily be connected to a water cooling system.

Main applications are in Printing and Medical.

Frankfurt Laser Company expanded the product range and offers now a new line of compact High Power Laser Diode Modules.
The FLHA-980-300W-FC200 delivers 300W at wavelength 980nm from a 200µm fibre. For cooling the laser is equipped with a water cooling base plate which can easily be connected to a water cooling system.

Applications are Fibre Laser Pumping, Medical and Material Processing.
