Find tips for Chairs on sharing their participation at SPIE Defense + Commercial Sensing

When the Call for Papers is available, emailing the PDF of your individual conference to specific people is an easy way to encourage participation. In addition, LinkedIn and Twitter are great tools to spread the word to your online network and possibly beyond. Check out these examples to get started.

 • Email or print the PDF and give it to people you know, encouraging them to submit an abstract.
 • Don't have your conference's PDF? Contact your SPIE coordinator.
