Casimer DeCusatis is honored for scientific creativity

SPIE Fellow Casimer DeCusatis JPEG(IBM Corporation) has received the 2011 Walston Chubb Award for Innovation from the Scientific Research Society.

DeCusatis serves as an architect for network and I/O solutions. He is an IBM Master Inventor with over 85 patents and a recipient of numerous awards in the industry. He has authored numerous conference proceedings and journal articles published in the SPIE Digital Library.

The Chubb Award is a part of SRS Sigma Xi Awards honoring creativity among engineers and scientists.
