Paper Abstract

This paper describes error budgeting as applied to the metrology for production control of a large number of ultraprecision X-ray telescope elements. The manufacturing challenge, a proposed metrology solution, and a detailed error budget demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed instrument design are described.
