Paper Abstract

Analysis of optimal parameters for electro-ontic Bragg deflection in planar waveguide is made in order to decrease the losses of light intensity in waveguidr. Mode misfitting caused by interaction of light and grating with multiple period is taken into consideration. In result, the optimal parameters for an electrode array and voltage supply to interdigitated electrodes are found.
