Paper Abstract

(The following Keynote Address was presented by Dr. Jordan to open the Airborne Reconnaissance III Symposium.) Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen: I am-honored and pleased to have been given the opportunity to open this meeting this morning because surely there is no question as to the importance of a continuing, cooperative dialogue between those of you from industry and related activities and those of us in the Department of Defense. The reconnaissance technology area is particularly demanding of cooperative attention due to exponentially increasing technical capabilities.
