Paper Abstract
Method and systems for cloud-base height measurements (based on semiconductor laser) on distance 50-2000 m and visibility (based on He-Cd laser) with measurement base of order of 1 km are presented. Necessity of measurement of refraction index structure function by laser interferometry was indicate. Standard temperature and wind velocity gradients should be measured, too.
