Paper Abstract

This paper summarises some recent results of applying in-situ EPR spectroscopy at low temperature to observe directly the creation and trapping of conduction band electrons in rutile, and indirectly in hematite thin films via observation of a photo-induced superparamagnetic resonance signal.
