Paper Abstract

In this paper a dual frequency (at C- and Ku-band), multi-polarization, combined, short pulse scatterometer-radiometer system is described. The developed system is applicable for simultaneous and spatially coincident, dual-frequency and multi-polarization measurements of soil, snow and water surface microwave reflective and emissive characteristics from a range beginning of 4m.ÿ
