Paper Abstract

Scaled factor circulant matrices have applied in numerical computation, signal processing, coding theory and oil investigation, and so on, in recent years. In this paper, we discuss the nonsingularity discriminations by using only the elements in the first row of the scaled factor circulant matrix in the diagonal matrix D on non singularity, give an example lastly, and we can see that the proposed discriminations are simple and accurate by the example indicate.
