Paper Abstract

Implementing blind lossless watermark embedding in the process of SPIHT compression and coding is the research theme of this paper. Thus some improvement needs to be made in SPIHT coding algorithm. That is, separating symbols from data to acquire binary code stream of symbol information portion and positive integers of structure numerical value information portion; implementing CBAC compression coding separately for symbol code stream; using linear transformation of integer mean difference for specified area to achieve lossless watermark embedding, moreover, blind watermark extraction is also available. After implementing SPIHT compression coding for positive integers of structure numerical value information, a compound watermark contained compression code stream can be derived from symbol compression code stream and numerical value code stream. Watermark extraction is the reverse process of watermark embedding.
