Paper Abstract

The paper presents results of investigations of 3D matrices of excitation-emission luminophores for semiconductor sources of white light. Various crystalline media doped with cerium ions were examined. Influence of crystalline structure and additional dopants on emission characteristics of potential luminophores was stated.
