Outlier removal method used in servo control system of simulation table

Paper Abstract

Outlier in observed sequence is an important factor that affects the result of Kalman filter, which affects the properties of filter's innovation and accuracy. There are outliers in servo control system of simulation table which affect the stability of simulation table. In order to improve the properties of the system, a modified method, adding an activity function to Kalman filter, is presented, which can keep nearly same properties to the situation without outliers. The result of experimentation shows that the modified method efficiently resistant to outliers in observed data.
