Paper Abstract

A multi-resource image fusion(MIF) based scene matching (SM) simulation platform is proposed, and each function module of the platform is designed. The methods how to generate CCD and SAR simulated real-time images are given. Matching probability, matching precision and matching rate are used as the performance measures of the MIF based SM system. The CCD/SAR image fusion based SM system is studied based on the simulation platform. Simulation results show that the platform can make quantitative evaluation to different simulation scheme and different fusion algorithm through some performance measures, and provide instructions for the design of real MIF based SM systems.
