Paper Abstract

For non-minimum phase plants, Ishihara et al. have proposed a partial LTR method for the design of integral controllers based on the disturbance cancellation. Their method can be termed as a singular partial LTR method since the conventional LTR method can not be used for the disturbance cancellation design. This paper gives a complete characterization of the recoverable targets.
