Paper Abstract

Tomographic images of the finger joint model were calculated using the transport equation and compared with experimental data obtained by means of four-channel photoplethysmography device. Possibilities to obtain sufficient quality tomographic images if low number (4…8) of the emitter-sensor pairs is used as well as options to select the time-dependant areas of the images have been analyzed.
