On multicenter luminescence spectra recording and analysis

Paper Abstract

The effective method of decoding multicenter luminescence spectra permitting to separate lines of radiation of impurity centers with minimal difference of lifetimes no more than 5 percent is offered. It is achieved by using the computer simulation with utilizing a small amount of experimentally detected spectra. The efficiency of a procedure is shown on an example of the analysis of a multicenter luminescence spectrum of Yb3+ ions in the CsCsF3 crystal with the use of only eight basis spectra.
