Paper Abstract

The optical methods for testing the structure of the randomly phased objects are based on the relationship between the statistical structure parameters of an object and the correlation parameters of the scattered radiation field. The randomly phased objects (RPO) can be classified into two groups, each requiring a specific approach to testing.
