Paper Abstract
The structure of the radiation field inside periodical multilayer including resonant 57Fe layers, as a function of the angle (in vicinity of the Bragg peak), energy or time, has been analyzed for the cases of the energy-resolved or pulsed excitation by synchrotron radiation. It has been shown that the variations of the angle of incidence in vicinity of the Bragg angle allow to scan across the bilayer depth and to get from reflectivity spectra itself the depth selective information on the magnetic ordering in an interface region.
