Paper Abstract

The technology processes of the nanometer SnO2-PdO composite materials and the fabrication processes of the CO gas sensors based on the ultrafine powder are described in this paper, and the characteristics of the gas sensors are measured and analyzed. The results show this kind of gas sensors based on the nanometer power has a better sensitive characteristic for the carbon monoxide.
