High-power controlled quasi-cw lasers with electro-optical feedback

Paper Abstract

It is informed about development of high-power yttrium aluminate and ruby lasers with the electro-optical negative feedback and controlled duration of quasi-CW pulses with energies up to 50 J/cm2. The software was developed on base of results of the theory, taking account of the photorefractive effect in electro-optical elements and the signal integration in the negative feedback loop. This software allows to automate the process of control by general lasers parameters. These lasers are perspective for the using in medical and processing technologies.
