Paper Abstract

Polarization mode dispersion in fiber seriously limits high-capacity optical fiber communication system. Nonlinear pulse evolution transmitted in fiber was stimulated through computer, we find that nonlinearity can compress pulse and reduce polarization mode dispersion(PMD).
