Paper Abstract

A new time-of-flight-based imaging lidar was designed to carry out measurements in the 5 to 100-m range. The concept of the device, along with an illustration of the design and a presentation of our sensor breadboard is described. Test results showing sensor performance are also presented and discussed. The device is primarily developed for space applications, but it can also be used in numerous industrial shape and profile measurements.
