Enhanced CO2 laser frequency doubling efficiency in AgGaSe2

Paper Abstract

Single-shot performance of tandem and folded frequency doubling schemes has been investigated in AgGaSe2. These give rise to enhancements of up to a factor of approximately 3 in conversion efficiency. Experimental results are compared to theoretical predictions.
