Paper Abstract

The relationship of position and dimension with the parameters of optical system as well as the included angle relationship of one dimension charge coupled devices (CCD) with the optical axis were derived by using optical principles, they provided theoretical basis for design of the system. On the basis of the above, a laser position and dimension on-line inspection system was introduced in the paper. In the system, He-Ne laser was taken as light source and CCD as photoelectric position sensor. The working principle, overall structure and electronic system for photoelectric information processing of the system were discussed specially. The measuring precision of the system was verified by experiment.
