Paper Abstract

In this paper, we did integrated research of laser medicine and photonics from the viewpoint of system-specific time. After establishing system-specific time dependent Maxwell equations in vacuum and in medium, we derived the non-decay optical transmission condition. We then put forward the concept of biological units that interact with laser radiation directly, and discussed the coherent interaction of laser radiation with biological units in terms of identical particle model and system-specific time quantum theory. We also introduced time to represent processes, discuss the time-coupling relation of the interaction of laser radiation with biological units and the corresponding biological processes, and generated the biological information of photons of laser radiation.
