Heterodyning of laser radiation via fiber couplers

Paper Abstract

Instead of classic beam-splitters, the fiber couplers were used to detect the laser heterodyne signals. The heterodyning of two linearly polarized laser beams introduced into the gradient index fiber couplers was observed and analyzed.
