Angular dependence of the critical current density of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Bi2Sr2CuOy superlattices

Paper Abstract

By using the advantage of reactive rf magnetron sputtering technique the films and multilayers of compositions Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Bi2Sr2CuOy were successively grown. The angular dependences of the critical current jc in magnetic fields up to 20 T of multilayers with ultrathin layers are studied at different temperatures. The jc anisotropy of the multilayers is compared to that of single phase films. In addition, the influence of the heavy-ion radiation on Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox epitaxial films is studied.
