Paper Abstract

The following paper presents an analysis of a resonant based, inductive power transfer system and several practical considerations on its design. The system operates in the 500 W – 11.5 kW power range in a frequency range of 20 kHz – 100 kHz. The desired result is a charging system that is able to charge industrial drones with an efficiency of over 70% at 15 to 30 cm which is 70 cm by 35 cm.
