Paper Abstract

This paper presents the results of a theoretical study of a photonic block with an electro-optical modulator and photodiode. On the basis of this line, frequency converters of microwave signals are performed. The results of experimental and theoretical studies of a broadband radio-photon microwave frequency doubler are given.
