Paper Abstract

The dual type of chemisorption reaction caused by CO as was observed from comoine measureuents of IR spectrum, Optical and olectrical properties of CdS photoconductor type sensors. It was found the correlation between IR spectrum and inversion of the surface chemical soroed complex charge state depending on partail pressure of tested gas, operating temperature and stoicaiometric composition ofthe film. The corresponding intrinsic species of adsorption sites have been determined. The results, obtained, can ue used in characterization of opto-chemical semiconductor as sensors.
