Achromatic fourier transformer: novel optical architectures

Paper Abstract

We report two achromatic Fourier transform setups working under broadband converging spherical wave illumination. Both optical configurations provide the achromatic Fraunhofer diffraction pattern of any colour pupil with adjustable magnification, and with low geometrical residual chromatic aberrations even for white-light illumination. Results of laboratory experiments will be shown.
