Paper Abstract

By analyzing the image degradation mechanism in the Non-uniform path, the MTF equivalent principle of the turbid medium is used to obtain the fog weather modulation transfer function, and the spatial frequency domain filter is applied to the clear image to simulate the fog weather image blur effect, Under the conditions of the target scene simulation, and simulation results better than other low-pass filter.
