Paper Abstract

This paper will present an overview of the technical perspectives and innovative approaches in implementing a mission and means framework (MMF) and a new ontological approach for information exploitation that is utilized in developing an operation tool that will help the battlefield decision makers get the best available mission-relevant information to inform their decisions.
