Paper Abstract

1. Michelson interferometer with out moving parts using spatial superposition ofamplitudes.Interferometers without moving parts for Fourier transform spectroscopy use forthe recombination process the spatial spread of the amplitudes of the two beams. Atdifferent points in space the two beams have different path differences, and bysuperposition, the interferogram is formed. There is a center with zero path difference andon both sides the absolute value of the path difference increases. The recombinationprocess is schematically shown in Fig. 1.
