Paper Abstract

Harmonic injection locking behavior of mm-wave second harmonic oscillators is studied in this paper by means of describing function technique. Injection locking curves of voltage amplitude and phase difference be- tween harmonic voltage and injected current are presented. Stability of the locked harmonic oscillator is also investigated. Some original conclusions have been made for the normalized locking bandwidth as well as the stable region.
